Yes. Due to our cancellation and no-show policy, all new guests must provide a valid credit card when booking.
What is your cancellation policy?

If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment, you may be charged 50% of the service total. No-shows may be charged 100% of the service total.

Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to check in and relax before your service.

Can I bring extra guests or children?
We have limited seating available at service stations. Additional guests are invited to relax in designated waiting areas. For the comfort of all guests, we kindly ask that children remain seated and quiet during the service, or that childcare arrangements be made if needed.

Wear whatever makes you comfortable. For spa services, robes and draping are provided. For hair color, wear clothing you don’t mind potentially getting stained.

Are tips included in the service price?
No, gratuities are not included but are always appreciated. One exception is a standard 20% minimum gratuity to all corporate, bridal, birthday or any occasion spa parties.

We use professional-grade products and will recommend the best options for your needs, including Keune and Kevin Murphy for hair, Eminence for skincare, and BareMinerals for makeup.
